The Central Zone is divided in two parts the East (Pampas) and the West (Cuyo).

The East The Pampas is an extensive plain of green grass that covers almost the 25%  or 700,000 sq KM of the Argentine territory.  Including mainly the provinces of: Buenos Aires and La Pampa. It also includes the southern part of Córdoba, southern part of Santa Fè, western part of San Luis and southern part of Entre Rìos. Extensive fields of grass, sorghum, wheat, corn and sunflower grow under an endless blue sky. Is also here where the most flavorful meat of the world is produced, and also where the Argentine folk music has its main artists.  Enjoy staying in one of the hundreds of ranch and residences of colonial, British or French style that covers the Pampa.  The fields are only interrupted by amazing sierras and rivers in Cordóba.  Besides here you'll find many big cities as Buenos Aires, the biggest city in the country, and the most cosmolitan city in Latin America, land of tango and innumerable attractions, is an elegant capital with a European-flavoured sophistication, and a passionate culture; This is the one Latin American country where Europeans and North Americans can feel at ease and travel inconspicuously.  Other important cities are La Plata, Córdoba City and Rosario. Besides there are many cities on the beach as Mar del Plata (the second largest spa in the world).  The weather is very pleasant, with mild winters and warm summers.

The West (Cuyo) includes the provinces of Mendoza, San Juan,La Rioja,San Luis and part of Córdoba. As the rest of the country, this is a varied region with hundreds of landscapes to see.  This is the area of the highest mountain of America, the Aconcagua (6959 m.) and the best wine producers, too. There are also several places that the tourist must visit, as el Valle de la Luna  (The Valley of the Moon-San Juan province), El Cañón de Talampaya (The Talampaya Canyon-La Rioja) y el Valle de las Leñas (The Leñas Valley-Mendoza). Being the last one an important international skiing resort.  The weather is dry, with cold winters and hot summers.
